Job Purpose

The candidate will work from PECB's San Jose office in Costa Rica, supporting and signing new partners in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. Proficient communication in English, strong research and analytical skills, and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities
• Manage partner accounts in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean
• Build relationships with existing PECB partners
• Track partner activities
• Identify and connect with potential partners online
• Present the PECB business model to potential partners
• Analyze the market for new opportunities and changes

Competencies

• Full proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in management, Economics, International Relations, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Ability to work under pressure, grasp new ideas quickly, think creatively, and follow up in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking ability
• Good verbal and written communication skills, able to present concepts to final execution
• Good business sense, strong negotiation skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
