Location: Heredia, Costa Rica
Work Modality: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Senior Recruiter to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals with solid full-cycle recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to act as a strategic talent advisor throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working within Workday (or a similar ATS).
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of process discipline, compliance, and data integrity.
• Are capable of leading intake sessions with hiring managers.
• Operate as true talent advisors, ensuring alignment between job requirements and market realities.
• Are comfortable facilitating recurring touchpoints with hiring managers.
• Provide proactive pipeline updates, market insight, and strategic recommendations.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to both hiring managers and candidates.

Requirements

• Degree or studies in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing end-to-end requisitions within Procurement, HR, and/or IT, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong stakeholder alignment.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad
