Analista contable

We're looking for Staff Accountant candidates to support our month-end close operations and financial reporting. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and operations teams.
The successful candidate will handle core accounting responsibilities including month-end close execution, sub-ledger management, general ledger reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis. They'll prepare monthly variance analyses with detailed explanations for stakeholders and maintain our financial controls and compliance requirements.
Basic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on transactional accounting experience, proven experience with month-end close processes, sub-ledger management, and balance sheet reconciliation,
• B2 English proficiency (both written and verbal communication)
• Strong Excel skills.
• Full-time onsite at our offices 5 days per week
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications.
• Track record of participating in continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
• Background in operational excellence and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated work style.

Oracle experience
Bachiller universitario.
